Welcome to our Carer Section

Our Trust recognises the important role that carers provide in supporting the people who use our services. We consider that a carer can be a friend, partner or relative of someone with a mental health problem or learning disability.

Leeds Carers Charter
Our Trust has signed up to Leeds Carers Charter which sets out what carers can expect from the services that we offer.

Need an Assessment?
If you have not been offered an assessment, you can request one from any member of our staff with whom you come into contact.
